Services

Mechanical Engineering Services

Mechanical Design (CAD):
SolidWorks-based 3D modeling applying GD&T and DFM/DFA principles. Generate BOMs and technical documentation.

Part Redesign / Optimization:
Reworking existing parts to improve performance, reduce cost, or simplify production. Often involves reverse engineering and DFM improvements.

Machine Design / System Layout:
Full design of machines or systems, including structural framing, moving parts, and integration zones for sensors, motors, and controls.

Assembler / Fabricator:
Hands-on mechanical assembly of systems and prototypes. Can work from prints or iterate with engineering in real time.

Project Support & Management

Project Management:
Using Notion to create centralized task boards, searchable transcripts, and real-time status updates. Keeps everyone aligned and accountable.

Product Design (Concept):
Ideate and sketch new concepts. Create concept boards, renderings, or animations. Present multiple design directions to stakeholders

Documentation / SOP Writing:
Writing work instructions, safety docs, and training guides tailored to your machines and processes—done by people who’ve built them.

Product Design Engineer

Prototyping:
3D printing, CNC, sheet metal, etc. Work with vendors or in-house resources to produce test parts. Iterate based on form, fit, and function testing

Design Validation:
Run FEA simulations or tolerance analysis. Conduct basic bench testing or support test protocols. Address design issues based on feedback from tests or reviews.
