Sully’s

Engineering

Hi, I’m William Connor Sullivan, a Mechanical Engineer and UCF graduate (Class of 2018), with a background in Automation Solutions and Product Development. I grew up on a small farm in Cape Canaveral, surrounded by craftsmanship—my grandpa ran a metal shop at the port, my mom was a carpenter before becoming a CPA, and my dad built boats for 35 years. Between the farm, the woodshop, and access to machines, I learned early how things work and how to fix them when they don’t. Mechanical systems became second nature.

That hands-on upbringing shaped how I solve problems today. I’ve always loved being outside, but when I’m indoors, I’m usually behind a screen working in Notion and SolidWorks—building tools, designing systems, or bringing new ideas to life. Whether it’s a client project or something I’m tinkering with on my own, I’m always looking for smart, grounded ways to make things better. Engineering isn’t just what I do—it’s how I think, create, and grow.
